It wasn’t long ago that micro-breweries starting popping up all over the country. These inadvertently created another sub-culture in itself. The home brew enthusiasts. Every time I turned around, I found another friend that was trying to make his own beer. Now while some of the beers were pretty good, others were downright undrinkable, but I guess that is dependent on your own preferences.
What I didn’t know is that it is really easy to make a great tasting home brewed beer right in your very own kitchen. I already had my beer kit and totally ruined my first batch of beer because I got tired of reading about gravity, and sparging and all the other “yadda, yadda, yadda” stuff. I got it and voila, I had my first batch of home brewed beer and it was easier than I thought.
I also intend on buying the book on how to make money drinking beer , I only wish that was around while I was still in college!!
